Lazy Beanz Return Policy

At Lazy Beanz, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we create. Each product is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

🚫 Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This includes:
  • Ordering the wrong size or style
  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Not reading product details before purchasing

✅ Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re happy to assist. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include clear photos of the issue and a brief description.
  3. Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return envelope to send the item back.
  4. A replacement or refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Custom Orders

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products (including custom cushions and fabric selections), we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.

🧼 Used or Soiled Items

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, washed, or are not in original condition unless the fault relates to a manufacturing defect.
