- Ordering the wrong size or style

✅ Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re happy to assist. To be eligible for a return:
- Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the issue and a brief description.
- Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return envelope to send the item back.
- A replacement or refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Custom Orders
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products (including custom cushions and fabric selections), we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.
🧼 Used or Soiled Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, washed, or are not in original condition unless the fault relates to a manufacturing defect.
