Welcome to Lazy Beanz Outdoor Living.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Lazy Beanz Outdoor Living is an Australian-owned business based in Queensland, specialising in outdoor bean bags, ottomans, and custom cushions.
2. Products
All products are designed for outdoor use using premium materials.
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
• Slight variations in size (±2–5 cm) may occur
• Pattern placement may differ between items
• Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings
3. Made to Order Items
Many of our products are made to order.
• Production timeframes typically range from 5–14 business days
• Timeframes may vary during peak periods (markets, Home Show, holidays)
• Custom orders are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled after production has commenced
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Custom quotes are valid for 7 days unless specified otherwise.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before:
• Dispatch of orders
• Delivery
• Collection
For custom or large orders, a deposit may be required before production begins.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer Australia-wide shipping and local delivery.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Delivery timeframes vary depending on location
• Lazy Beanz is not responsible for courier delays
Local pickup is available from our showroom:
Unit 8, 11–17 Bremner Road, Rothwell QLD
Pickup is by appointment unless otherwise arranged.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products:
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
• Custom-made items are non-refundable
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.
We will assess and offer repair, replacement, or refund where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Warranty
Our products are made using high-quality outdoor fabrics and materials.
Warranty covers:
• Manufacturing faults
• Defective materials
Warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear
• Fading due to prolonged sun exposure
• Incorrect use or care
9. Product Care
To extend the life of your product:
• Store in a dry, covered area when not in use
• Clean with mild soap and water
• Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions
10. Filling Information
Bean bags are supplied as covers only unless otherwise stated.
Recommended fill volumes:
• Large Adult Bean Bag: approx. 400–450 litres
• Kids Bean Bag: approx. 200–250 litres
• Ottomans: varies by size
Filling is not included unless specified.
11. Safety Notice
Our products include child-safe zips in accordance with Australian standards.
Filling must be handled carefully and kept away from children.
12. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content are the property of Lazy Beanz Outdoor Living and may not be copied or used without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
Lazy Beanz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Products must be used as intended.
14. Privacy
We respect your privacy.
Your personal information will only be used to process orders and communicate with you.
