Delivery & Shipping | Australia and New Zealand
Lazy Beanz products are cut and sewn in our Rothwell, Queensland workshop and delivered throughout Australia. New Zealand shipping is available by freight quote.
Australia-wide shipping
Unfilled bean bag covers, ottoman covers and other suitable items can be shipped Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout where available or quoted separately for oversized orders.
New Zealand shipping by quote
Email info@lazybeanz.com.au with your postcode and the products you would like before ordering. We will confirm availability, freight cost and the estimated timeframe.
Ready-to-ship items
Products shown as ready to ship are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-order products
Made-to-order products and custom cushion or upholstery projects generally require 2–4 weeks after payment or quote approval. We will let you know if a project requires longer.
Filled products, foam and local delivery
Filled bean bags, foam and other bulky items are generally available for confirmed collection or delivery within South East Queensland. Contact us with your postcode before ordering so we can confirm availability and freight.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch where the carrier provides tracking. Metro delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch; regional and rural delivery may take 7–14 business days. These timeframes are estimates.
Local collection
Collection is available from Unit 8, 11–17 Bremner Road, Rothwell QLD 4022. Collections must be confirmed before arrival.

Freight damage or address changes
Check your delivery address carefully. If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can assist.
