Yes β all Lazy Beanz products are proudly handmade in Queensland, Australia using carefully selected, high-quality materials.

Our products are made using durable outdoor fabrics that are UV-resistant, mould-resistant, and designed to withstand Australian conditions. We also use premium marine-grade zippers for long-lasting performance.
Are the bean bags suitable for outdoor use?

Do the bean bags come filled?
Most bean bags are sold as covers only unless otherwise stated on the product page. This helps reduce shipping costs and allows you to customise the firmness to your preference.
Are your bean bags easy to fill?
Yes. Our products are designed with an easy-fill sock system to make filling and refilling much easier and less messy.
Can I customise my order?
Yes β we offer custom cushion and upholstery services along with selected personalised options. If you have a custom request, simply contact our team for a quote.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We offer shipping across Australia, with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
How long will my order take?
As many of our products are handmade to order, current turnaround times are approximately 3 weeks. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available from our Rothwell showroom by appointment unless otherwise arranged.
What happens if my package is delayed?
While we work hard to dispatch orders on time, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to couriers or peak periods. If you experience any concerns, our team will gladly assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Weβll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
