Outdoor Bean Bag & Fabric Warranty | Lazy Beanz

Lazy Beanz Outdoor Living provides a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of purchase on products manufactured by us.

What the workmanship warranty covers

This warranty covers manufacturing faults including defective stitching, seams, zip installation and other workmanship-related defects under normal intended use.

Eligible products

Lazy Beanz bean bags, ottomans, cushions, custom-made covers, upholstery and other products manufactured by Lazy Beanz Outdoor Living.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, damage caused by dragging or improper handling, incorrect cleaning, overfilling, pet damage, or damage caused by conditions outside the product’s intended use.

Separate fabric warranty

Where applicable, our outdoor fabrics also carry a separate 3-year manufacturer fabric warranty covering UV fading and mould resistance, subject to the fabric manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

Making a warranty claim

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and photographs so we can assess the issue. Email info@lazybeanz.com.au with your order details and photographs of the issue.
