Routine care
- Remove loose dust and debris with a soft brush or low-suction upholstery attachment.
- Treat spills promptly by blotting rather than scrubbing.
- Test any cleaner on a hidden area first.
- Avoid saturating the fabric, seams or inner filling.
Cleaning the fabric
Use the cleaning method stated for your selected fabric; a zip does not automatically mean a cover is suitable for a domestic washing machine. Do not use bleach, solvents, high-pressure cleaning or a tumble dryer unless the specific care instructions expressly permit it.
Drying and storage
Allow the cover and seams to dry completely before refilling or storing. Dry in shade away from direct heat. During prolonged wet weather or extended non-use, keep the bean bag clean, dry and under cover.
Filling and safety checks
- Keep EPS beads and refill packs away from children.
- Inspect seams, the inner liner and the child-resistant filling closure regularly.
- Stop using the product if filling can escape.
- Never allow a child to climb inside a cover.
- A bean bag is not a safe sleeping surface for an infant under 12 months.
